I'm a little behind on posting to the blog....In November, Emma's Wednesday night FOCUS class had a field trip to the church food pantry and learned the system. She was so touched by the trip and helping the families out, that she decided to do her own little food drive. Her goal was to gather up atleast two laundry baskets full of food. She had such an overwhelming response that she was able to gather up three laundry baskets, two boxes, and two bags full of food. We had to put the third row seat down to fit it all in the van. She was completely thrilled and excited! Thank you so much to all of you who donated. Here is her thank you...
